  • Prior to entering into any management agreement, a representative of Magnolia Real Estate Management must make an on-site evaluation of the interior and exterior of the property. You must provide a key to our office, or arrange to meet us at the property.
  • We will evaluate the property based on the surrounding market and send you a draft management agreement including recommended rent pricing.
  • Prior to entering into a management agreement, we must receive:
    • A completed and signed property management agreement
    • 2 keys to the property
    • A non-refundable new property acceptance fee of $150
    • An owner’s repair contingency escrow of $400
  • Next, we will complete a detailed property evaluation to determine it’s marketability, and to insure that it conforms to the minimum standards of the Uniform Housing Code. Any defects and deficiencies that must be corrected prior to renting will be reported to the owner in writing.
  • When all outstanding items on the punchlist are satisfied, we will begin marketing the property to prospective tenants.
